Data Deletion Instructions
You can ask Hefei Xiaocheng Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. to delete the personal data we hold about you, including messages you sent through WhatsApp or other messaging channels we operate, at any time.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to info@xiaochengtech.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Include the phone number (with country code) or email address you used to contact us, so we can locate your data.
- Alternatively, send the message "DELETE MY DATA" in the same WhatsApp conversation.
What happens next
- We will confirm receipt of your request and may ask you to verify that you control the phone number or email address.
- We will delete your conversation history, contact details and related records from our systems within 30 days, unless we are required by law to keep certain records.
- We will notify you when the deletion is complete.
Messages stored by the messaging platform itself (for example, on your own device or in WhatsApp) are controlled by that platform and by you, and are not affected by this request.

您可以随时要求合肥效成智能科技有限公司删除我们持有的您的个人数据，包括您通过 WhatsApp 或我们运营的其他消息渠道发送的消息。
如何申请删除
- 发送邮件至 info@xiaochengtech.com，邮件主题注明 “Data Deletion Request（数据删除申请）”。
- 请附上您联系我们时使用的电话号码（含国家区号）或邮箱地址，以便我们查找您的数据。
- 您也可以在同一 WhatsApp 对话中发送 “DELETE MY DATA”。
后续处理
- 我们会确认收到您的申请，并可能请您验证对该号码或邮箱的控制权。
- 除法律要求保留的记录外，我们将在 30 天内从系统中删除您的对话记录、联系方式及相关数据。
- 删除完成后，我们会通知您。
保存在消息平台本身（例如您的设备或 WhatsApp 中）的消息由该平台及您本人控制，不受本申请影响。
